I have dedicated my experiences from high level sports to improve the wellbeing to all of my clients over the years.

I’m a specialist in exercise and nutritional intervention for obesity and diabetes and known as a leading health & fitness expert

With my highly successful method incorporating nutrition, exercise and mindset to deliver results which last to my clients that means I’m part nutritionist, part scientist, part mentor, part personal concierge and I’m a big dose of personal trainer

From a young age I was put into every sport, just to tire me out and give some peace to my mum. After a while I started getting pretty good at certain sports and, to cut a long story short, I ended up competing internationally in both athletics and martial arts. Then the unthinkable happened. An injury which retired me from sport.

They say in life everything happens for a reason. After a stint in the city, I founded Jon Nardinochi personal training.

Why? I realised I have life experiences that I wanted to bring to others to help them achieve their life and fitness goals. From different kinds of training techniques and nutrition plans, right through to how to build mental strength, I realised I could bring the inner athlete out in everyone. I was not interested in fads, or gruelling short-term fixes. I was interested in helping people maintain success for the rest of their life.

I have a simple purpose which is to give my clients results that last a lifetime.

I look holistically at a person. Each individualised programme is built around my belief that limitations are set by the mind and not the body. I meet my clients; I look at how they move, and I understand what they want to achieve and what’s stopping them from doing that themselves. From that, I’m able to begin to build a personal nutrition and exercise programme easy to follow, doesn’t require hours in the gym and, most importantly, pushes them to achieve their personal goals.

I’ve learned so much over the years, from taking the top level certifications within personal training and coaching, to writing and providing information for leading publications including athletics weekly, Trainerize and bride magazine, and my passion for unleashing that inner athlete and seeing my clients achieve results they only dreamed about is still as strong as ever.
